Founded with Compassion, Backed by Science
Cara Downing, Owner
NOVA was founded by Cara Downing, a mother of three neurodivergent children, with a desire to use her lived experience to help parents and families traveling a similar path and provide the same quality of care and services she would expect for her own family
Judi VanDyck, BCBA
Judi VanDyck, our Clinical Director, is also a mother of three. After receiving an ASD diagnosis for her oldest daughter, her journey of understanding led her to earn a Master's degree and BCBA certification. She now uses her clinical expertise and evidence-based methods to guide families and help children, just like her own
