Our Integrated Approach
We blend evidence-based methods like Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Creative & Expressive Therapies (such as Play, Music, Dance, and Art Therapy) to create a personalized plan to help your child flourish at home, in the community, and beyond
What are Evidence-Based Methods?
Evidence-Based Methods means that every technique and intervention we use has been rigorously tested, validated, and proven effective by independent scientific research. This is the foundation of modern Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Unlike earlier forms of ABA that focused on conformance and masking deficits, our approach centers on developing independence, confidence, self-advocacy, and emotional regulation
