Judi brings a unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience to her role as Clinical Director at NOVA Neuro Network. A former tech professional who transitioned into the field of behavioral health, Judi became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst driven by a deep personal commitment to supporting neurodivergent individuals—beginning with her own journey as the parent of a neurodivergent child. This dual perspective fuels her passion for delivering inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive care. Judi leads NOVA with a focus on equity, trauma-informed practice, and unwavering support for LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and other historically under-served communities.

In her free time, Judi is an ardent soccer mom to two young athletes and a band mom to a neurodivergent child, loves to crochet, read and enjoys experimenting in the kitchen with exotic dishes from around the world.
