NOVA offers personalized, relationship-centered ABA therapy for neurodivergent individuals, focusing on communication, daily living, emotional regulation, and social skills. Each program is tailored to the client’s unique strengths and learning style, with goals embedded in natural routines and play-based activities. Delivered in-home and in community settings, our approach promotes skill generalization and lasting progress. We partner closely with families through collaborative training, progress updates, and practical strategies—empowering both the individual and their support system.
Group Sessions & Social Skills Development
We offer structured, clinician-led group sessions designed to support social growth in a safe, inclusive environment. Groups are tailored to each participant’s developmental level and communication style, with a focus on turn-taking, cooperation, empathy, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy. Using evidence-based and naturalistic teaching methods, these sessions help individuals build real-world social skills and meaningful peer relationships across a range of ages and abilities.
We also offer comprehensive educational support to bridge the gap between home, therapy, and school. Our team collaborates with families, educators, and school staff to create individualized strategies that promote academic success and behavioral growth. Services include in-school observations to assess behavior and learning needs, teacher coaching to implement evidence-based supports, and IEP/504 advocacy with goal development, BIP design, and progress monitoring tools—all tailored to each student’s strengths, needs, and sensory profile.
